This is my blog all about my journey to become fit and healthy. I have always been interested in health and fitness for as long as I can remember but at the start of the year I decided it was time to stop slacking off and get my butt into gear. So far to date I have lost 12.3kg and I still have quite a journey ahead of me. I like to run, cycle and anything cardio based really, I do like weight lifting also but I still have a lot to learn in that department. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.
